Caption-first is claim-first (Lesson 7's habit) applied to scope: deciding what the map
must confess before building it means the confession cannot be forgotten in the
excitement of a rendering map. Scope statements written after the fact have a way of never
being written.
"No problem" is a decision-grade answer: it stops a manager from reorganizing a region
over noise, and it sets the baseline that makes a future 6% cell instantly visible.
Findings of stability are findings — the analyst who only ships drama trains readers to
expect drama.
